Our Philosophy

Du Cropio’s key focus is a thorough and careful management of the vineyard: a system that only produces autochthonous varieties of high density, in a small-expansion form of farming, with a weight of grape per lineage of 1.5-2kg, control of the phenolic and aromatic maturity and, in conclusion, vinification in prolonged contact with the grape skins.


Our philosophy has been enough to produce wines from the vineyard, starting from a serious viticultural project and then following wise cellar technology respectful of the raw material.
